Venture Philanthropy
Think Children is a proven and successful project with a track record of innovation, entrepreneurial attitude and deeply committed hard graft.
With success comes the need for the organisational development that will enable us to keep moving forward with rapid growth whilst also adapting to a changing world. Thus we have a need for ring-fenced money and executive expertise prepared to commit to a medium to long term engagement. We would especially welcome senior executives with experience of Change Management and CEO recruitment and induction.

Director vacancies
Think Children aim to build our management board from the current firm foundations to keep pace with the demands of a growing and adapting organisation.
We are seeking people with experience in either a relevant clinical or academic field or in management. Time commitment is not onerous as we have a competent staff team. We will need to draw on your judgement and contacts in your roles of stewardship, leadership and ambassador.
