Education, Health, Social Services and Not for Profit Organisations are welcome to refer suitable children
You will undoubtedly come across children who could benefit from our service. Either related to one of your clients or as a referral to you that does not meet your own referral criteria or funded area. See our referral criteria. We reserve the right to decline referrals that are unsuitable or impracticable.
We will need to check whether:
we have a facilitator available
we are working in that school
we have have funding for that ward
You will need to know which primary school the child attends.
